Shipping Information

[LABOUTIQUE] orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For those last-minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations and Same Day delivery is offered in select cities. Depending on your location, we also offer a Flat Shipping Fee for orders above 250 USD. This means you can purchase multiple pieces from multiple locations for one shipping fee. The amount of the Flat Shipping Fee is based on the lowest price shipping option available for the item in your order, which travels the farthest to reach you. All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Times:

Most likely: delivery within 2-4 days in Egypt and GCC. Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. [LABOUTIQUE] cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from [LABOUTIQUE], you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; [LABOUTIQUE] has no control over these charges, nor can Amazon predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Note:

Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID. Countries / regions that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 2-7 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Orders’ in your [LABOUTIQUE] account. If you order from multiple [LABOUTIQUE] partners, please keep in mind that your items will arrive separately. While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.
